| Description | |
Food collection bins will be available at designated locations on the MPC and MCV campuses. Departments can set up their own collection bins as well. VCU Dining Services will focus on the reduction of food waste on the Monroe Park campus (Shafer Dining Hall and Student Commons). Based on the determined pounds of food waste reduction, a matching amount of food will be donated to the Central Virginia Food Bank.
