Human trafficking is a growing public health crisis, and it is essential that everyone become informed to protect the most vulnerable members of our community. VCU will be holding one of the first medical symposiums on human trafficking in the nation! There will be more than 30 sessions over two weeks on a variety of topics related to Human Trafficking, including health impacts, gangs, youth homelessness, and others. These sessions are presented by leaders in Human Trafficking from all over the nation. Come join us for as many sessions as you can (sign up: http://www.impactvirginia.org/registration-of-classes-medical-symposium).  If there are any questions, contact Austin Oberlin (oberlinam@vcu.edu).
