People will hold around 10 different jobs in their lifetime on average, but the majority of employees (50.8%) consider themselves "not engaged" with their work. Companies build structured job positions to achieve a certain organizational goal, yet humans are multifaceted and multidisciplinary in their interests, hobbies and skills. In this session, we will uncover how you can work toward striking a balance between a structured job role and maximizing your skills and passions to stay engaged in your position and career. By attending this session, participants will be better able to:

  • Learn about ways to integrate your values and strengths into a structured job role
