This free online program will teach participants about caring for their mental health -- particularly during the COVID-19 crisis. Librarian, Dana Ladd (VCU Medical Center Health and Wellness Library) will guide participants to available resources for stress, coping, and anxiety. Georgianne Ginder (VCU Health - Arts in Healthcare) will then lead participants through a virtual, meditative relief session aimed at reducing stress and anxiety. The program will be conducted via Zoom.

Coping Through COVID-19 is free and open to all. Registration is required. Registrants will receive a link to the program on the day of the event.
