Presented in partnership with The Innerwork Center, VCU Continuing and Professional Education presents a course on Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, taught live online over eight sessions on Tuesdays from 6-8 p.m. Eastern from April 11-May 30, 2023. Learn the science and application of mind-body medicine to promote resilience and healing.
