Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU)'s Global Education Office (GEO) is hosting a mini-conference on Friday, February 20, 2026 from 9:00am until 2:00pm on the Monroe Park Campus in the Richmond Salons III & IV (907 Floyd Ave.). This mini-conference series is designed to help VCU students engage with what it means to be a global leader and explore the academic, professional and personal benefits of cultural agility practices. Through interactive sessions, we will explore topics related to international perspectives in career development, how to think globally about your personal impact on the world, and how these skills can be implemented in leadership on a global scale.

Attendees do not need to attend all sessions if their schedule does not allow it! Presentations will be at 9:00am, 9:45am, 10:45am, 11:45am, 12:30pm and 1pm. Lunch will be served during the 12:30pm presentation.
