  1. To understand the clinical and pathological features of hepatosplenic T-cell lymphoma
  2. To gain insight into the use of molecular testing methodologies for the diagnosis of hepatosplenic T-cell lymphoma
  3. To discuss challenges encountered in the diagnosis of hepatosplenic T-cell lymphoma
