This symposium is designed for chaplains, nurses, physicians and social workers caring for patients who have life-limiting illnesses and/or have need of palliative care, as well as their families. The symposium will offer the interprofessional team collaborative techniques for managing progressive and end-of-life care and an opportunity to engage in live discussions with a palliative care team panel.
