At the conclusion of this activity, the participant will be able to:
1. Describe clinical presentation, radiologic findings, and pathologic features of pulmonary sarcoidosis
2. Understand the testing methodology of common histochemical stains to detect infectious organisms in cytology specimens
3. Discuss the utility of histochemical stains in fine needle aspiration specimens of patients with pulmonary sarcoidosis
